Thank You

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible.

We can’t wait to see how the conversations we had and the spaces that we built move forward into our everyday lives.

We’re also thrilled to announce that with your support we were able to raise over $7,000 for Women In Transition and Project SAFE, organizations that are doing some of the most important work in the Philadelphia area.

Saturday Updates

While you’re still drying out from yesterday evening’s deluge, a quick note about today’s Urban Gardening workshop. If you plan on attending, please consider bringing along rain gear, as this workshop will go on as expected (even if it drizzles).

If it begins to thunderstorm or rain heavily, the event will be pushed back to 3:45 PM at Locust Moon.

We’ll keep everyone posted as the day continues!

If you need help during the festival, locate a Ladyfest organizer. We’ll all be wearing purple or yellow bandanas somewhere on our person. You can also go to the front desk of the Rotunda at any time, where there will always be an organizer on-duty.

For mental health and medical needs or emergencies, see the front desk of the Rotunda.

Walking escorts are also available to anyone 24/7 in the West Philly area. Call (215) 898-9255 [WALK].

Ladyfest is here!

Today Ladyfest Philly kicks off and we are so excited! A couple of quick things to let you know about:

  • Rotunda box office & doors for tonight are at 6:30 PM!
  • 3-Day Passes are no longer available. You can pick up single-day passes or evening tickets in-person at the Rotunda. Please check the “Tickets” page for box office hours.
  • 3Jane unfortunately have had to cancel their appearance at Ladyfest. We have update the schedule to reflect the new set times for Friday evening.
  • Come hungry! Weckerly’s Ice Cream will be slinging scoops and sandwiches all weekend long and the world-famous punk caterers Black Orchid Foods will be serving up a vegan Southern Comfort feast on Saturday night. Gluten and soy-free options available!

Available today on most city corners is the new issue of the Philadelphia City Paper, with a cover story on Ladyfest written by Emily Guendelsberger. Be sure to pick up a copy!
And here’s your final reminder about tickets: today’s the last day to purchase a 3-Day Pass! After midnight, tickets will be available only at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate a large turnout, so if you are planning on attending, advance tickets are your best bet!
We look forward to seeing all of you this weekend!

Fest Updates!

With Ladyfest mere days away, here are some things you might want to know about. Stay tuned to this site for more news in the coming days!

Advance Ticket Sales

If you are interested in purchasing a 3-Day Pass, make sure to get it now, because the all-fest weekend pass is available online ONLY until Thursday, June 6. We will not be selling 3-Day Passes at the door. The 3-Day Pass is such a steal, giving you access to all Ladyfest Philly has to offer and saving you money in the process.

Speaking of ticket sales, another chunk of tickets were snapped up over the weekend. Once our online sales close (at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday 6/6), tickets will only be available at the Rotunda on a first-come, first-served basis.

Don’t delay, pick up a ticket today!

Ticket Pick-Up & Door Times

All tickets and passes will be available for pick-up only at the Rotunda. Festival attendees will receive a wristband.

Advance ticket holders, please bring either the receipt or any kind of identification with the name used for purchasing tickets.

Ticket & Pass Pick-Up Times

  • Saturday Evening Music: 5:00 PM
  • Sunday Evening Music: 2:30 PM

Events Schedule

We had a couple of last-minute schedule changes to Ladyfest, so make sure to check our online schedule. Our schedule is mobile-friendly and plays well with the Google/Apple calendaring apps. (You may also just want to print out a copy — it does that too!)

Housing Assistance

If you are in need of a place to stay for Ladyfest, we can point you towards some resources (a full Visitor’s Guide is going up shortly!). Write to us if you need help!

Clothing Swap at Ladyfest

Ladyfest provides the bins, you provide the clothes!

We encourage all attendees to donate any unwanted, washed clothing at Ladyfest. Feel free to find a new look during festival downtime; remaining clothes will be donated to a local organization (TBD) at the end of the fest.

Donation bins will be placed in the Info Fair at the Rotunda. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Saturday Night Hangout at Dahlak

We’re not stopping after the bands finish at the Rotunda on Saturday night. Dahlak Restaurant (4708 Baltimore Ave) welcomes any Ladyfesters to stop on by. A staple in the growing community of Baltimore Avenue and the venue of the avenue, Dahlak has served as a relief point in the heart of West Philly continually uniting all types of human beings.

Show your festival wristband and get discounted drinks! Don’t forget to experience their delicious Ethiopian food with your new Ladyfest friends!
